Who Can Enter:
Female contestants between the legal age of 18 to 25 years of age at the time of application. Entry submissions need to be made by the individual entering the contest herself.

How To Enter:

First click here to accept the terms and conditions and then email us 3-5 Maxim Style Non Nude, sexy bikini, lingerie pics (1 face shot, 2 to 4 full body pics ) to contest@bookperhead.com with your name (real name and artistic name if you have one), age, height and weight along with a 50-100 words description of what makes you our 2008 Bookie Babe, a brief summary on your hobbies/career etc…, and if you wish to, you can even include contact information to be hired for modeling gigs (take advantage of this opportunity to promote your modeling career!)  

You must own the copyright to the photos and release to us the right to publish in relation to this contest and/or for any advertising use in the future by BookPerHead.com

Entries must be submitted by the last day of the month for which the applicant is participating (If you’re applying for November, you can submit your picture any day before the last day of November. After that, you’d no longer be entered to participate for the month November but you’d be running for the month of December).

Judging:

Our readers will select and vote for the contestant of their choice through BookPerHead.com and a poll feature will be shown to track the voting progress. Each monthly winner will be posted online and a notification email will be sent to the individual. At the end of the year, a final voting round will take place to select our Bookie Babe 2008 between all monthly winners. The grand winner will be posted online and a notification email will be sent to the individual.

Rules:

1. Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.
2. The contest runs from August 15th to June. 30 2008.
3. All contestants must send Maxim Style, sexy bikini and/or lingerie pics. No nudity allowed. In order to give all contestants an equal opportunity to win, any exposure (other than that appropriate to the garment worn) will be grounds for immediate disqualification. BookPerHead.com reserves the right to eliminate pictures that we may consider inappropriate or overly sexy. PLEASE-NO FLASHING.
4. The Bookie Babe 2008 Contest is open to all women of the world, except where local laws prohibit, forbid or otherwise restrict participation.
5. Entrants must be 18-25 years of age at the time of application and based on BookPerHead.com’s criteria, she could be required to provide a valid photo ID that includes the age or date of birth of the applicant.
6. Entrants warrant that they own all rights to the photographs that they submit for entry to the contest and release the right to reproduce, publish and otherwise use these same photographs for BookPerHead.com as well as any other network websites in connection with this contest.
7. Your original photographs will not be returned and become the sole property of BookPerHead.com.
8. We will ship the round-trip tickets for free to the grand winner regardless of their location, however, the ticket is valid for a round trip from any city within the US to Costa Rica (within the time frame specified for availability – See ‘PRIZES’ below ) International winners are responsible for the expenses incurred in traveling to the US. No other fees are included.
9. Grand prize voting - Only one vote per computer.
10. If a winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited. If the Grand Prize winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited and the second place winner will be selected.
11. BookPerHead.com is not responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses that the winner might incur as a result of this contest, or receipt and use of prizes.
12. No modeling or professional fees will be paid to any agent, manager, union or other organization to which the entrant is a member or may be represented by.
13. No purchase necessary to enter contest.
14. BookPerHead.com reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who supplies false, misleading or unreliable information.
15. In the event of questionable voting patterns an alternate method of selecting a winner shall be implemented.
16. The decisions of the voters are final, uncontestable, and unappealable. BookPerHead.com reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time.
17. The Grand winner of the contest grants BookPerHead.com the right to use video, audio or photos throughout 2008 for BookPerHead.com’s website, wallpapers and any other publicity material.
18. By entering this contest, the participant agrees to all the above terms and conditions. Any violation to the terms and conditions or misrepresentation will result in forfeiture of prize.
19. By submitting your pictures and participating in our contest you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media worldwide.

PRIZES:

1. The grand prize consists of one (1) round trip ticket to Costa Rica anytime within May 1st-Nov. 30th 2008 on the date of your choice which will be approved after giving us your first, second, AND third choices of dates with a return date 7 days after the arrival (1 week stay)
2. The round-trip ticket cannot be returned; it is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for credit either.
3. Extensions of the ticket on the return portion once in Costa Rica are allowed however, these will be at your expense.
4. Once the winner is officially selected and the dates have been settled by both parts (the winner and the company) we’ll send the ticket to your home or office at no charge.
5. We will require the winner to provide us with a physical address, full name (as it appears in the passport) and any other required information to book the flight.
6. The winner will be flown to Costa Rica through a major International Carrier which may include Delta, Continental, United, American, Lacsa, or others.
7. Airport taxes at your local airport or in Costa Rica are not included within the prize and must be paid by the individual.
8. The winner will be picked up at the airport and taken to a hotel previously chosen by the winner. Accomodation expenses are not included in the prize.
9. The winner will be taken back from the hotel in San Jose to the International airport on the day of departure. (7th day of her stay).
10. BookPerHead.com does not assume responsibilities of the airline and does not guarantee any departure time of the airlines of connections or other. You will have a normal regular ticket from a major carrier who will have all responsibilities to you that come with the purchase of the ticket at the airport.

WHAT YOUR PICTURES SHOULD BE LIKE:

It is necessary that the pictures sent by the contestants meet certain quality parameters that will make them easier to include in the gallery.

Due to the website's format, pictures must:

- Be vertically oriented. Please check the photo gallery: No horizontal pictures will be included.
- Have a size of at least 400x600 pixels (or bigger)
- Be sent in its full-color version. No B&W or other duotone-colored pictures will be included.
- Be sent each individually. "Collage" files with several pictures included will not be accepted.

Our main purpose is to have a wide variety of pictures to choose from (all with professional quality), which need the least retouch possible in terms of location and make-up. Our suggestion is that you send a great amount of high-quality photos available, so we can choose the best ones for our gallery. This will considerably increase your chances of winning and showing your beauty just the way it is.
