How We Came to Be the Best Pay Per Head Shop

There are many pay per head shops out there that claim to be the best in what they do.  However, many of these outsourcing call centers are not all that great.  Our background is what makes us the best in the betting solutions industry today.

 

Our sportsbook management company was the first of its kind.  We saw that offshore call centers were growing at a rapid pace.  We thought about why this was.  There were two reasons.  First, businesses were continually trying to improve their customer service.  With so much competition out there, companies tried to differentiate themselves by offering better services such as customer support.  They needed this customer support to be twenty four hours a day and seven days a week.  The call center agents needed to have perfect English as well as Spanish.  Spanish is gradually becoming the most spoken language in the US and, therefore, it is necessary.  The call center agents also needed to be well educated because, otherwise, they would not sound intelligent on the phone speaking with consumers.  There are many places, particularly Costa Rica, where companies could find quality employees who speak perfect English and Spanish.  Secondly, businesses needed to compete globally and simply couldn’t afford to pay American workers the high wages they require.  In order to run a call center, you need many workers and a lot of infrastructure.  It was just too expensive for US companies to do this and still compete.  They found that in other countries, they could have offshore call centers that provided great service for a lower cost.

 

As we saw this growing demand for offshore call centers, we wondered if this type of service could be useful to bookkeepers as well and the answer was yes!  Because we come from the bookie business, we saw that bookies were in desperate need for help.  They were working so hard to keep up with the demand for their business and urgently needed betting solutions.

 

Our betting solutions business gives bookies a way to have more free time and, therefore, expand their business.  Instead of having to deal with the daily grind of the industry, a bookie’s clients can call our call center agents to handle all of their betting needs.
