Why Price Per Head reports are so important for a bookie

March 24th, 2009 - by Sports Bookie

Reports are an essential tool for any proficient bookmaker looking to have an overall idea of what is going on around his sports bookmaking operation, especially when he is running it through a Price Per Head agent software.

Sure, bookies are smart guys with an excellent memory and knowledge of mathematics, but to create and handle reports for everything can be a tedious job if the bookie hasn’t learned the magic of automated processes.

An efficient and qualified pay per head sportsbook is the one that can offer bookies a range of reports, focused on providing at-hand solutions concerning detailed information going from a report that sums up the sports betting or casino action of a given player, to see the gross numbers of all reports for all the clients combined, and so on.

Actually there are a few important reports that are key to manage a bookmaking operation successfully:

The report associated to the client’s action for the week: This can tell the bookie the amount of money that his client bet for the past week; he can also see the amount of his winnings against the amount for his losses. In addition to that, bookies can check the types of wagers that a particular client enjoys the most, all of this in a single report.

The report associated to the betting action at the online casino: since offshore per head shops grant bookies the possibility of offering his clients the services of casino gaming, he also has the chance of checking on all the casino action for a particular customer.

The report associated with the combined action for all players in a sportsbook: This is the one that grants a bookie the possibility of seeing everything that is going on at his bookmaking operation in a single report. He can check on his total winnings against his losses for all the bets his clients had made during a given period, this report has the advantage of being available to see it either for a period of a day, a week, a month or even a year.

These and other reports are more than necessary for a bookmaker to grant a better service based on performance information, and it is for sure that pay per head shops are going to come up with even more useful reports in the future.

Have an online presence and maintain your privacy at the same time

March 23rd, 2009 - by Sports Bookie

A bookie has a hard task at hand: providing means of entertainment for some, and of business for others. Either way, he is in charge of granting a very sought-after service: to take sports betting wagers.

Those ones in the business know that it is always better to keep a certain degree of confidentiality when it comes to sports bets, and using a third party service that can serve the clients of the sports bookie is exactly what is quickly adding fame to the words: pay per head shop.

There are two things which are mostly important for a bookmaker: to please his clients, and make a good amount of money as a consequence; therefore, a third element like being personally known is not something that a bookie is actually aiming for.

Instead, a bookmaker prefers that only his business be known. He wants to grow up in popularity as a bookie and prefers to keep his personal life out of the picture; to be honest, who doesn’t want to keep his life as private as possible?

With the help of pay per head sportsbooks, bookies can now enjoy of their much wanted privacy as the information around the web concerning a bookie is non-existent.

When a bookmaker opens up an account with a price per head shop, he will only be requested for basic personal info, and such information is kept under strictly encrypted security measures and is not available on the web anywhere as it is inside an off-line data base accessible only by selected members of the staff of the pph shop.

This means that even though you can grant your clients the possibility of making bets online, nobody would ever associate such website to you as the site is developed and maintained by the offshore sportsbook management system. Sounds too good to be true… but it is.

The Recession won’t affect your PPH Sportsbook

March 20th, 2009 - by Sports Bookie

We all know that economic situation isn’t the best thing happening these days. It affects us all, and whoever says no to that is simply lying. It affects people’s businesses, but it hasn’t affected Pay Per Head Sportsbooks, and if you use PPH Services then it shouldn’t affect you either.

The Pay Per Head Business and Sports Betting Services in general are strong industries that stay in constant activity every single day of the year. This is a fact. People place bets all the time, even if it’s for a smaller game, but they do it. Customers are always looking for different ways to earn money, and online sportsbooks are one of those solutions available to them.

But not just for customers, but also for bookies too. A bookie needs to find a lot of customers to be able to earn some income, but with the lack of time they have taking bets, it becomes nearly impossible for them to do this task. That’s why Price Per Head Sportsbook Services exist and provide the solution to bookies with these issues. These PPH Shops have the latest technology to provide quality 24 hour PPH services with their Sportsbook Call Centers and website. With this type of service, it makes the betting process much easier for everyone. Plus, it’s a win-win situation for everyone.

Although, last year the online betting industry’s revenue was a little lower than in 2007, it still didn’t affect the wagers customers placed. And when the high season comes around, it’s a totally different story. That’s when there are more clients show up and sports bets are sky high. So, there is never a moment where you finish a day of work without a bet placed.

If you still think that the economic crisis is going to affect you, think again. Price Per Head Data Processing Services are always active and waiting to help you and your clients sports betting needs. Headcount Sportsbooks will be around for a long time and it will never be affected by economic situations or anything related. In other words, it’s one of the best solutions you can have and still have a good income in your pocket.

A successful bookie explained by example

March 19th, 2009 - by Sports Bookie

This is a short sports bookmaking story of success.

A local bookie started his sports betting operation right there at his own home; he started taking bets from friends and other people familiar to him. Suddenly, his business starts to grow so fast and he’s getting to a point where he is actually planning on cutting a part of the bookmaking business because he simply cannot deal with everything at the same time.

But then, a good friend of his provides him with information that might as well change the perspective he had around the whole sports bookmaking business concept.

The friend says he can stop feeling concerned about his business and that everything is going to run smoothly, for just a little investment and little human effort. The bookie stands there probably wondering if that’s even possible.

It’s obvious he has some doubts at first, but then he gets to check out the website of a price per head shop over the internet, and so he gets a better idea of what his friend was trying to say.

This means the sports bookie just discovered the magic of upgrading his bookmaking business: It cannot only be handled peer-to-peer but can also be managed successfully over the internet and through an outsource call center.

He recalls a few months ago when a client told him about online sports betting and how he would enjoy being able to place bets without having to call the sportsbook agent all the time.

Since then, he has seen his offshore bookie operation grow successfully thanks to the crucial help provided by the pph sportsbooks he decided to make business with.

Now he has enough time to play golf, go fishing and dedicate to other hobbies. This is because now everything is easier for him; the clerks and management personnel at the price per head shop are basically doing an outstanding job while he has his mind on other matters that are also important for him, and that was enough to help him see that he had taken the right decision by using a bookie software with an outstanding Pay Per Head call center service.

If you found yourself related to the story above in some parts, you being a bookie too, it is more than recommended that you get in touch with a price per head agents service in order to get informed and become part of the many bookmakers already associated to pph shops.

A presence on web - your clients will surely thank you for it

March 18th, 2009 - by Sports Bookie

If you are a bookie going on your way to success but you’re finding it difficult to carry with the responsibilities that come as a consequence of your achievements as a bookmaker, then let me tell you a little bit about pay per head shops and how they are becoming a revolutionary tool in the sportsbetting market of our times.

If the majority of your experience as a bookmaking agent has been that one of the streets, you know that to make business online is not that easy if you don’t have enough money to invest in a superior class of bookmaking operation which is able to compete with the whole of the sportsbook market out there on the web.

Major players have taken a big slice of the cake and for independent sports bookmakers, their presence on the internet has to be different. It is not about looking for players on the web, but more of providing the bookie’s existing clients with the posibility of placing their sports wagers from wherever they are without the need of having a telephone at reach or wasting extra money on those phone calls.

To offer your sports betting customers the chance of placing wagers over the internet has an extra advantage: it grants your clients more privacy. They are dealing with you concerning money issues, and even though you are on top of their wagers, by placing them all by themselves over the web, they acquire a sense of privacy with an online sportsbook that they will surely start enjoying.

So, as said before, it takes a serious investment to be able to mount an online sportsbook, but a while ago a group of smart investors decided to make a business out of acting as intermediaries between the independent bookmaker and his clients and offshore pay per head service companies were born.

Headcount sportsbooks are the best online solution for sports bookies, and in a competitive area like the one of bookmaking, an edge is always needed to rule high above those trying to achieve the same degree of success, and every day more bookmakers are realizing how necessary the services of a pay per head shop are.

Who are the no.1 seeds?

March 17th, 2009 - by Sports Bookie

Now that the bracket is full, this is the time where the NCAA March Madness really begins. We just saw how far some of the teams have gone to be in the bracket, but how further they can get? Which team are you willing to place your NCAA bets for?

The Pittsburgh Panthers are the team to talk about. You won’t find a tougher trio than seniors Levance Fields and Sam Young and sophomore big man DeJuan Blair in the entire country.

The Panthers held the top spot in the rankings for the first time in school history this year, on two separate occasions, and also swept UConn in the season series. Pittsburgh finished 28-4 and had one of the most impressive true road wins of any team in the country when they went to Tallahassee and knocked off Florida State. They are extremely likely to win, so keep your eye on them.

The Connecticut Huskies are another top contender. They have slowly grown into a team capable of winning the national title. With players such as A.J. Price, Jerome Dyson and Thabeet on their side, they cover every angle possible against any team. They might have lost two games against Pittsburgh, but that hasn’t stopped them from playing great basketball.

The North Carolina Tar Heels finished the season 27-3, which included an absolutely thrashing of Big Ten champion Michigan State at the site of the Final Four, Detroit’s Ford Field, the sweep of Duke and a 13-3 league mark that earned the Tar Heels the ACC regular season crown.

So, there you have some advice of which teams can cut the strings of the basket this year. Be aware of every movement and activity that occurs during the March Madness, you can come out a winner if place your NCAA bets the right way.

Redskins spending the big bucks

March 3rd, 2009 - by Sports Bookie

The Washington Redskins have made a blockbuster move; by purchasing all pro defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth, formally of the Tennessee Titans. Within the first few hours of being a free agent, six teams dropped their deals like candy, but it was the ‘Skins offer he couldn’t refuse.

The agreement reached was a seven year contract for $100 million, which includes $41 million in guarantees. Also, within the first 13 months of the contract, he will receive around $32 million. Honestly, that is just too much to let down. This is one of the richest deals in NFL history.

Apparently, out of the six teams, Haynesworth and his agent, Chad Speck, had to choose between the Redskins or the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Although, the Buccaneers have more capital, the Redskins were more aggressive in wanting to sign him, which might have been a huge factor in his decision making.

The ‘Skins not just only signed Haynesworth, they also added cornerback DeAngelo Hall, formally of the Oakland Raiders and Atlanta Falcons, back to their roster. His deal is for six years at the price of $54 million. The Redskins have a reputation of making massive money signings, especially their owner Dan Snyder. Last year they didn’t make any free agent purchases, which might have led them to not have a great NFL season.

In the end, this might actually work for them. Bettering the roster with key players is always important for any team. Even though the Redskins haven’t had a great NFL season for quite some time, this could be their chance to shine. They have won the Super Bowl before and they can do it again. Take this team into great consideration for the next time you place your bets for this coming NFL season.

Description: The Washington Redskins making huge spending on new players for their roster.

Keywords: Washington Redskins, Redskins, Albert Hayesworth, Tennessee, free agent, teams, deals, ‘Skins, offer, agreement, contract, NFL history, Chad Speck, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, DeAngelo Hall, Oakland Raiders, Atlanta Falcons, deal, owner, Dan Snyder, NFL season, Super Bowl, bets.

Viva Las Vegas – NASCAR victory for Busch

March 2nd, 2009 - by Sports Bookie

Some people talk the talk and very few walk the walk. Kyle Busch demonstrated that he can do both. In his hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada, he took the victory and won the Shelby 427, part of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.

His victory went to the record books. He is the first pole-winner to reach the finish line in a Cup race at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. After having an engine change, he was forced to start at the 39th position, but that didn’t stop him from taking the victory.

This is a tremendous comeback for Busch, after his incident in the Daytona 500, where he finished 41st after being mixed up in another driver’s crash. He was dominating the race, but his momentum was taken away in a matter of seconds.

You wouldn’t think this 23-year-old would get the job done. But, after 228 laps, he showed the world his driving abilities and patience to place first.

Other racers that had some problems as well. Jeff Gordon blew one of his tires when he failed to get into the pit, but he was able to finish at sixth. Jimmie Johnson drove through his pit box and was behind a lap. At the end he finished at the 24th spot. Another one who had problems was Carl Edwards, due to his pit crew’s mistake of not placing a lug nut in its correct position. He finished 17th.

What he have a here is a demonstration of class and sportsmanship. No tonly the experienced ones can win championships. Guys like Kyle Busch show the love for the sport. This is someone you should definitely keep in mind for the next time you place your NASCAR bets. He might have lost the Daytona 500, due to a bad moment, but the next time that event comes around, don’t hesitate to place your racing bets on this guy.
